第13回シアターカイ国際舞台芸術祭2018にて、新作 HEXE で再び共演します。

She was burnt at the fire in 1622, next to the sea in Stavanger. Beneath the sea lit by the flickering fire, the whales were listening to her song. In that night, a swan was born from Moon.

1622年、彼女はスタヴァンゲルの海で焼かれた。 揺れる炎に照らされた海の下で、鯨が彼女の歌を聴いていた。 その夜、月は白鳥を生んだ。

HEXE is a new vocal, physically-based concert presented by Capto Musicae. HEXE is partly based on the story of Johanne Pedersdatter, a 10th-generation ancestor of Ms. Meyer, who was burned as a witch in Stavanger, Norway in 1622. When confronted with a misguided mob´s prejudice, how do individuals react? Why do these “witch-hunts” continue to occur throughout the world today? These themes serve as the creative starting points for HEXE´s original music, composed by multi-vocalists Meyer and Elle. In addition, by the encounter with Butoh, the artistic collective aims to reveal

the truth of this world which could be alternatively realistic and abstract. The physical landscape will be developed with stage director/choreographer Janne Hoem and dancers Mutsumi + Neiro.

HEXE は、キャプト ミュジケ による声と身体の新しいコンサートパフォーマンスです。 メイヤー氏の10世代前の祖先になる、ヨアンネ・ペデルスダッターが、1622年、ノルウェー

スタヴァンゲルで魔女として焼き殺された事実が創作の一つの基点となりました。誤って導かれた群衆による偏見に、個々がどう向き合うのか、なぜ今も世界中で「魔女狩り」が止まないのか。 その問いから、メイヤー氏とエル氏のマルチヴォーカルによるHEXEオリジナル音楽の創作が始まりました。 加えて、舞踏との出会いにより、共同創作は世界の片隅のオルタナティヴな現実、そして抽象へ、 自らをあらわにすることへ向かいます。身体による風景は、舞台演出家であるヤンネ・ホエム氏と 舞踏duet 睦美・寧呂によって立ち現れます。
